Rapid changes and uninterrupted progression of knowledge and information technology in the global education community cannot be avoided by any single person of the world, remains the challenging facet that must be faced in this disruptive era. Digitalization in learning and instructional endeavor, hybrid and or blended learning, cloud computing, mobile and collaborative learning, bring about troubles that burden to those who less equipped with knowledge and skills of prevailing technology utilization. Achievement in life and on living of citizens in the 21st century predestined mostly by technological literacy. Concerning those issues above, education play such important roles, particularly the role of higher education enterprise in dealing with and developing as well as fulfilling the needs of citizens to cope up with all things in a human and social civilization that keep change and roll-running over time.
In accordance with the changing world and civilization as the impact of continuous improvement in information technology, the global education paradigm change. Ways in teaching and learning move; from teacher-centered to student-centered, from one-direction to interactive, from isolation in class to web-environment, from passive to active-inquiry, from abstract to real-life/world-context, from personal/individual to team collaboration, from single-discipline to multiple knowledge, from delivering knowledge to knowledge-sharing, and so on. The change of paradigms in higher education urging new innovative models of education, novel style of method and or design of instruction and learning, to enhance new forms of research and publication, to develop literacy by means of digital media as norm for professional academicians, to conduct experiment and research applying innovative technology, to utilize open sources of learning and or research collaboration. Those actions should be established base on prompt assessment and evaluation research, accordingly to ascertain genuine change and or development continuously, in coping upon the age of disruption.

The authors are requested to submit an abstract to the Organizing Committee by October 10, 2020. The abstract must contain the following section: introduction, aim of the study, method, results, conclusion, and keywords. The abstract must have no longer than 200 words.
